As promised in my previous post, I am back with product information and review of yet another best seller from Atomy -- Toothpaste
Lets begin with features or highlights first.
This is not an ordinary toothpaste that you get in the market. This is a Propolis toothpaste. Ever since I heard about this I was curious to know what propolis is. So here is what I got to know ---
Propolis is a mixture that is produced by honey bees from tree buds, sap flows and other botanical sources. Honey bees use propolis as a coating for small gaps when building their hives. It also known as Bee Glue.
Propolis is used in medicines to improve immune system, treat skin injuries and sores inside the mouth. It also has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory effect.
Next ingredient which this paste has is Green tea extract. This ingredient helps to remove bad breath. It also helps in enhancing immune power.
This product is also contains silicon dioxide which helps in removing dental plague and Sodium pyrophosphate prevents tartar disposition.
Hope by now you would have known why I said this is not an ordinary toothpaste.
When I look around for other reviews of the products, people use this toothpaste for many other reasons as well
- People use this toothpaste for cold sores.
- People who have weak gums found this paste very effective.
- Some use this paste for headache by rubbing paste on their forehead.
- Some of them use it for Skin rashes
I am using this paste since last 10 days. I find this paste very gentle and mind. Toothpaste tastes little sweet-ish. My gums usually bleeds when I brush, however post using both atomy toothbrush and toothpaste bleeding stopped considerably.
I can even feel that my mouth smells significantly less in the morning which I assume due to green tea extract.
Overall, I really am impressed with this product and would certainly suggest everyone to try out and see the results.

This is a top quality product. Its price doesn't reflect at all its true quality. If any of the main dental care brands had launched it, probably they would have priced it above Rs thousand per tube. There is one highly advertised brand which reduces sensitivity and protects the enamel, it sells at over Rs 600 per tube. Atomy toothpaste sells at a fraction of that price. I found this toothpaste to be very gentle inside the mouth - it doesn't have an astringent taste and effect on the tongue, but is highly effective on the gums and teeth. It reduces sensitivity, gives a tarter free feel 24 hours and makes the enamel feel good.
